DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SUMMARY

SM Planning were instructed to lead on the submission of a full planning application for the retrospective works at 27 Stanthorpe Road. Notwithstanding previously refused applications to retain as built works at the site and enforcement investigations by the Council, our London Planning Consultants were able to successfully obtain full planning permission to retain the as-built development for the client. This was achieved through highlighting a genuine fall-back position for the client to implement development at the site along with a detailed justification of the works in line with planning policy and a detailed review of the site’s context. Permission was obtained for the development and further enforcement action was avoided.
