Following Wandsworth’s enforcement investigations, our client approached us seeking to regularise a number of unauthorised developments to different flats within the property. In applying our professional judgement, we advised our client of some amendments that would be required to the existing unlawful developments in order to ensure the impacts are acceptable in planning terms, particularly on the grounds of neighbour amenity. Planning permission was subsequently granted for the part retrospective developments with amendments.
