DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SUMMARY
SM Planning were instructed to lead on the submission of a full planning application seeking a roof extension to No 49. With a history of failed applications including dismissed appeals for roof dormers at the site and locally, our London Planning Consultants were able to successfully receive planning permission due to their knowledge and understanding of the recently adopted Neighbourhood Plan.
