DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SUMMARY
Owing to a delay in the Local Planning Authority issuing a decision on the householder planning application to extend a mid terrace dwelling, SM Planning were instructed to lead on the submission of a non-determination planning appeal. Our Planning Appeal Consultants successfully demonstrated that the proposed extension would be sympathetic to the host building and would preserve the character and appearance of the Conservation Area, resulting in an allowed appeal.
