DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SUMMARY
SM Planning were instructed to lead on the submission of a full planning application for several external alterations in order to create a stronger presence in the street scene. The sensitivity of the location, in the heart of Camden, created a need for high quality design, achieved through support from architects 21st Architecture
successfully leading to the grant of planning permission.
