Following investigations by Camden’s Enforcement Team, our client approached us seeking to regularise the outbuilding which had been constructed without planning permission. The site is somewhat sensitive given the property is identified as a positive contributor within Fitzjohns/Netherall Conservation Area. Nevertheless, through comprehensive analysis of the surrounding context and residential amenity factors, we set out robust justification for the outbuilding which led to a grant of planning permission and halted further enforcement action.
