DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SUMMARY
SM Planning secured planning permission following a refusal of planning permission for a rear extension and new dwelling. The planning committee overturned a positive recommendation without giving adequate reasons. Subsequently, our Planning Appeal Consultants were successful in a costs claim, allowing the appellant to recover his costs in undertaking the unnecessary appeal.
