DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SUMMARY
SM Planning were instructed to lead on a planning and listed building consent application to refurbish 8 flats to a high specification. The application property is grade II listed, located in a conservation area, a world heritage site and within the setting of multiple grade II and II* listed buildings. Planning permission and listed building consent was secured alongside subsequent consents for amendments to the permission to facilitate additional fire safety measures. Our London Planning Consultants also successfully assisted with the discharging of the restrictive planning conditions.
