DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SUMMARY
Kentish Town Developments Ltd has instructed SM Planning to lead on the submission of successive planning applications to extend at roof level in order to facilitate additional residential floor space.
The residential development on Holmes Road was deemed sensitive due to building height. This was successfully overcome by SM Planning who secured full planning permission for the client. The submission was supported with drawings from Contemporary Design Solutions.
