SM Planning were instructed to appeal a decision of Lambeth London Borough to refuse a planning application for an additional storey at roof level. Our Planning Appeal Consultants successfully presented a case to the Planning Inspectorate that the proposed development would be appropriately proportioned and would sympathetically integrate with the existing building, having no impact on either the character of the area or on residential amenity. As a consequence, the appeal was allowed.
