DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SUMMARY
SM Planning were instructed to lead on the submission of a full planning application for a single storey rear extension, new dormers and other alterations to the property. The site is located in a sensitive heritage location, in between two grade II listed buildings and a conservation area. Our London Planning Consultants were able to obtain full planning permission granted due to their understanding of local design and heritage policy and guidance.
