DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SUMMARY

SM Planning were instructed to lead on the submission of a section 73 variation of condition application to add on another storey to an already granted planning permission. Additionally, with their detailed knowledge of the Council’s affordable housing requirements and relevant case law, our team of London Planning Consultants were able to successfully negotiate affordable housing contributions to be attributed only to the proposed uplift in floorspace and not the development in its entirety.
