SM Planning were instructed to lead on the submission of a householder planning application for the erection of a single storey front/side extension and the formation of a small basement. Our London Planning Consultants managed the negotiation of the application against the backdrop of local opposition and co-ordinated a consultant team in addressing impact on ground stability. The application was supported by drawings from Ambigram Architects.
