DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SUMMARY
SM Planning assisted a client in gaining planning permission for a replacement dwelling and outbuilding in the administrative ward of Fortis Green, Haringey. We provided strong justification for the demolition of the existing property by demonstrating that the benefits of the new dwelling would outweigh the merits of refurbishing the existing, in term of energy and sustainability. We carefully considered the design of the proposed dwelling to demonstrate that the proposal would be acceptable in terms of scale, bulk, form, massing, materiality and impact upon neighbour amenity.
