DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SUMMARY
SM Planning were instructed to appeal a decision of Lambeth London Borough to refuse a planning application for the refurbishment of a mid-terraced property. SM Planning successfully presented a case to the Planning Inspectorate that the proposed development would not have an adverse impact on the character and appearance of the host property and would preserve the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. Consequently, the appeal was allowed.
