Creation of roof terrace area at main roof level and installation of screening around existing plant.
DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SUMMARY
SM Planning were instructed to lead on the submission of a full planning application for external alterations to the building to create a roof terrace to the building. The main considerations were in relation to design and visual impact on the conservation area and neighbour impact. Despite strong opposition from neighbour’s and a local neighbourhood association, our team of London Planning Consultants were able to obtain planning permission.
