SM Planning were instructed to lead on the submission of a certificate of lawfulness proposed. SM Planning suggested a planning strategy to obtain consent through their knowledge of planning legislation by virtue of a certificate, demonstrating that the works did not constitute development for which planning permission was required. A lawful development certificate was subsequently granted for the proposed works.
