SM Planning were instructed to appeal a decision of Lambeth London Borough to refuse a planning application for a loft conversion including the erection of dormer windows and the formation of roof lights. Our Planning Appeal Consultants successfully presented a case to the Planning Inspectorate that the physical alterations would have a ‘neutral’ impact on the character of the conservation area and the appeal was consequently allowed.
