DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SUMMARY
SM Planning were instructed to appeal a decision of the London Borough of Camden to refuse a retrospective planning application for replacement boundary treatment. Our Planning Appeal Consultants successfully presented a case to the Planning Inspectorate that the contemporary appearance of the boundary represented an appropriate contrast in an otherwise historic setting. Consequently, the appeal was allowed.
