SM Planning were instructed to appeal a decision of Hounslow London Borough to refuse a planning application for the erection of a detached two storey home. Our Planning Appeal Consultants successfully presented a case to the Planning Inspectorate that the proposed development would not detract from the character and appearance of the area and would not have an unacceptable effect on the living conditions of neighbouring or future occupiers. The appeal was consequently allowed.
